Neurodiversity Celebration Week
16–20th March 2026

Each year Neurodiversity Celebration Week (16–20th March) recognises the many different ways people think, learn and experience the world.

Neurodiversity acknowledges that neurological differences — including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and others — are natural variations of the human brain. These differences bring valuable perspectives, strengths and approaches that enrich workplaces and communities.

For employers, recognising neurodiversity is an opportunity to rethink recruitment and workplace practices to ensure talented individuals are not overlooked.

Small changes in how organisations recruit, communicate and support employees can make a significant difference in creating workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive.

The Neuro-Inclusive Recruiting platform, developed by Autism SA, provides practical tools and resources to help organisations build more inclusive recruitment processes and workplaces.

Share these ready-to-use graphics through your organisation’s social media channels to help raise awareness of neurodiversity and promote neuro-inclusive workplaces.
